Terrible customization, terrible customer service

Ordered wine tumblers, the graphic was placed at the top of the cup instead of the middle like approved on the proof and on the example. Was not notified and when I emailed them to have them fix it, it took them 6 days to finally say they couldn’t do anything about it or find a replacement. They just offered a refund and no solution. It really put us in a bind. The lack of communication and concern from Milton and Laura was shocking. I had to place a rush order from a different company.
