Everyone I spoke with was very helpful. The only negative is that when I was conversing there was unbelievable background noise. If you could rectify this problem it would be beneficial to your company. It made me feel that I was talking with a third world person. Otherwise I had a good experience. I am looking forward to seeing the product.
