I ordered these tape measures years ago. We own a real estate company and would give them out to clients that were purchasing a home to use while home shopping. The challenge we had with these is when you extend the full 10', many times, the tape would not recline...it would just get stuck sitting 10' out and you'd have to throw it away. Not good quality. We stopping giving them out to clients after this kept recurring.
