I placed an order and worked with Yessinia and Albert. Yessenia was top notch from the get go. She answered any questions in a timely manner, sent me the workup of the artwork to be placed on my article and worked with me until I was completely satisfied with it and also kept me up-to-date with information when I could expect the order since the article was on back order. She contacted me as soon as she knew the article was in stock and then also contacted me with shipment information. I received my order in plenty of time and it was even better than I expected. Yessenia also followed up with an email to say that I should have received the shipment and to ensure that I was satisfied which I was. She also worked closely with Albert to ensure that I would receive the order in time. I am one happy customer.
