I've ordered a number of promotional items before and this site was a refreshing experience. Very clean and clear website and then the follow up after the order was very reassuring. Our customer service rep Victoria Alanis was providing regular updates and was very knowledgeable when I called for a particular question as well. Hoping in the future though, they'll have a more robust "Preview" of a customized item rather than waiting for the virtual proof but until then I'll be patient since it was a quick turnaround for the proof anywya.
