First of all you have the widest range of products I've ever seen - we ordered 500 of item #652451.
For some strange reason there was a huge mix up with the address and the if Ana Le hadn't taken control of the situation I don't think we could have even received the items. At all times she was checking with me and updating me every step of the way of the shipment status.
We got the items today and I have Ana to thank for.
