    I worked with Mario for waterproof bags with logo. He was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Turn around time for the entire order was great, I mean quick. Mario quickly sent me a proof to approve before production was started. I realized after confirming my order, I did not enter our 501c3, tax exempt, information. Mario had me provide the documents and he followed up to get an adjustment on my invoice. Then a follow up communication to confirm delivery and to make sure I was happy with the order. I did not have any issues and the quality of the waterproof bags met my expectations. The engagement from Mario made me feel like he valued me as a customer. He was invested in making sure I was happy with my experience and the product.
