This is one of the few companies that offer a smaller number of items to be ordered on some of their inventory. I had submitted a logo to be printed on this item. A representative from the company contacted me and informed me that if they used the submitted logo, the logo would not be as sharp as I would probably desire. They did offer an alternative to using the logo, which I liked and did use on the product.
I am very pleased with the customer service and the product!
