I found this website searching google for canvas bags to give as gifts to all of our teachers. I found what seemed like a good deal and a good product. I called to ask a question and Juanita Zamora, a real person, answered the phone! Not a robot, not a phone tree, no options to pick from ...a real person! She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She answered my product questions and helped with my tax exempt status. Within an hour of submitting artwork, Paola Rivera sent an email asking if we had a better file for our artwork. We reworked it on our end and again, within an hour we had our virtual proof. The order was sent on the 10th and I got the delivery notification from our warehouse on the morning of the 22nd. We ordered 450 bags. The bags are a great heavy duty quality and the detail on the artwork is amazing! We are more than impressed and will be doing business here again!
