Customer service great; product not so much

Customer service was great as well as production time. I ordered a lunch tote that I am not able to provide a review on their website because my order has been "archived". It's the 210D Polyester Budget Lunch Bag. It's very cheap looking and small and the handle is in an awkward position so you can't really hold like a lunch tote. I would suggest getting a sample first before ordering. Logo placement is good but the quality is a lot lower than expected.
