Sedona Non-Woven Wine Tote

I recently was tasked with figuring out the holiday gift orders for the office since we didn't have an office assistant. This daunting task was standing in front of me for quite some time, but I eventually figured out what we wanted to order, but I had a bunch of questions. I called in, and was eventually paired up with John Pierazek. You're going to think John wrote this or something with how positive this is... but he was genuinely so fun to talk to, so knowledgeable, and speedy. John answered any question I had in a timely fashion. I had asked for a proof of our order to be created, and in no time, he worked with artist Angel to create our virtual proofs (which looked amazing). He really turned something I hated doing and was dreading for over a month into a frictionless experience. I am so glad we have John as our account manager now, because I know we have the perfect guy to call on any time we need to make another custom merchandise order.
