Payment issues led to delays, but fixed by the end

There was some issues with the payment on my credit card, so they had to submit another link for me to pay from. The new link rejected all my credit cards so I was stressed since the order had to arrive in time for an Easter event and if the payment wasn't processed, I wasn't sure if the production would start in time and if the shipment would be delayed. I reached out to my rep Jazmin who said the payment link actually worked and they received my payment. She sent a new timeline over and I saw the shipment would actually be delivered after my event. When I escalated this to Jazmin, she was very helpful in letting the warehouse know this is rushed and expedited my shipment. Thank you so much Jazmin for helping with the payment and ensuring the timeline was met!
