The only problem I had was not being able to use my last name. It is a word that sometimes shows up on lists of offensive words and I kept getting an error for not entering a last name. I finally had to create an account using my maiden name. This has happened to me with other companies before. It is not an uncommon last name, so it is a little baffling.
