I have been trying to place an order for 3 days. Correspondence with Rebeca has been a bit challenging. Maria spent over an hour on the phone with me working through artwork issues, payment issues, and delivery issues. I appreciated the one-on-one customer service with my order. As soon as I placed my order online, Johana contacted me, via email with photo proofs, to make sure they were exactly what I wanted. When I asked for changes to be made, they were done promptly, and a new proof was sent until I was completely satisfied. When the product arrived, it was just like the proof and description. I will do business with them again.
