Picture makes it look like the firmer cups. It's flexible plastic and looks single use instead of multiple use. Not a bad product, but definitely not as shown.

The cup is quality, but the printing is horrible. We ordered 1000, and every single cup was printed incorrectly, either the image was stretched by length or height, and/or had the image bleed. So disappointed.

Flimsy. Cheap construction. Sweats. Not insulated. Colors and appearance is nice. Rapid shipment was impressive but overall quality is subpar. I wouldn't order again.
