Experience with the company and rep was great - the cup itself is great - only problem with the product is the lid (the pop up part) is extremely difficult to open and close - actually need a hammer or knife handle to hit it to close it and then you need something to pry it open -literally cannot be done with your fingers/hands. We're waiting to see if it gets better if it's worn in for a while. We're considering giving our employees a little hammer and pliers to open and close it with.
