Glossy Pen

I was disappointed when I received my order and found that the pens did not have the web address on them. When I ordered them, I first had a chat with Kevin. Then when the church asked that the web address be added, I called to make sure this would be a new order instead of a reorder so that the web address could be added. I asked if the information from the artwork on a previous purchase be used, and the web address be added. I was assured that this could be done. After supplying the web address, I offered to pay for this addition work and was told there was none. I received a mockup of the pen with web address added and thought this was what I would be sent. That was not what I received. I noticed the statement about no changes for a reorder but felt sure we had already discussed and dismissed that issue. Undoubtedly not. Now we have 300 promotional pens without the information we hoped to convey. Very disappointing.

Great promotional item. Like the color of the pen. Art work looks good and clean. Ink flows easily and doesn't blotch. Good quality.

I had been looking for something affordable that we can hand out at our heath fair. These were perfect for a very econimical price. We loved the how well the logo turned out and the quality of the pen.
