Website was easy to use. I asked for 1 proof to be redone multiple times and they did it without hesitation. Products have arrived quickly and exactly as I anticipated. Vanessa checked in with me throughout the whole process and made me feel valued as a customer.

I great appreciate your company working hard to fulfill out orders by the set dateline. Briana was especially helpful! Our only draw back on all of this were the boxes the items were shipped in. They are cheap and do not endure the shipping. Most boxes were tatted and torn and some of our product was lost (brought in baggies by shipping department) as a result of the boxes buckling and basically tearing at the corners and edges. We ordered from several companies and your company boxes were by far the worst. You all had such wonderful customer service and everyone worked so hard only to be disappointed with your shipping boxes. I strongly suggest you invest in better boxes! Each box was damaged and torn and a great disappointment. Thank you.

Our erasers came out just as we imagined and they work great too! I had a project that required a lot of erasing and they not only look great, they are great at erasing!
