    I ordered the custom pencil boxes with a graphic on the side. Some time after I submitted my order, I received an email and phone call from Roberto wanting to confirm the proof because the were running into an issue. I'm so glad he called because the text should not have been on the pencil box! I really appreciated Roberto's focus on making sure everything looked correct with my order and reaching out to make sure everything was as it should be.
