Was pleased with the design and quality of the book. Our only complaint is that the books were received damanged, with scratches on the front of almost every book. The shipping box had no material in it that could separate the books from one another, and thus they were scuffed up by one another.
The customer service experience was amazing. Ana Le, my customer service rep. and Erin Gonzalez, my resolutions specialist were attentive, efficient, and responsive for anything I needed--from the beginning of the order, to confirming the design layout, for addressing shipping concerns, and finally with helping to resolve the issue of receiving damaged goods.

Fast, accurate service. Came out better than promised because there was a concern that the color would bleed through parts of our logo. Customer service is fantastic.
