From the moment I placed my order my experience was great! The website was EZ to navigate. I was in a time crunch so I reached out to “chat” where Joel responded. Joel was so great on chat and passed on what I needed to Victoria. Victoria was outstanding! I submitted everything that was needed (artwork etc.) and Victoria made the changes that I needed VERY promptly! I had a few changes adding placement etc. and Victoria made those changes very quickly and sent them back for approval. My order was not charged until I accepted my proof. Victoria also reached out to make sure we were within my timeframe as I needed the order for an upcoming conference. My order arrived earlier than expected! I will be ordering again from this company! Also, for reference, the end product is better in person than my pictures submitted show:)
