Great Customer Service. We ordered hot/cold packs and they were great, however we had a small issue with the free gift that came with it. Gabriela Martinez went above and beyond to get it worked out for us in a timely manner and we can't thank her enough. All the products came out wonderfully, and we will certainly be ordering more.
