I couldn't be more satisfied with the product and the service. A rep was assigned to my order who assisted with the logo proof which included a recommended sizing change so that the imprint would be more legible. I appreciate the effort this company makes to ensure a quality product. The pens arrived in perfect condition - no broken or missing parts - and the imprint was perfect on every single one. This was a big plus for me as I have worked with other promo companies where this was not the case. They were also fantastic at correcting a mistake. Several of the pens were of the wrong ink color. Once I submitted a request, I had corrected pens a week later. I highly recommend this pen and Any Promo!
